Here are frequently asked questions of how things work at Evolve Pilates 365. Should you have any unanswered questions after reading through send us a message to pycclasses@gmail.com

What if I need to cancel?

If you must cancel or need to reschedule an appointment, please know we have a 24-hour cancelation policy; to avoid paying for the full session contact us via email 24 hours in advance at pycclasses@gmail.com. If email is not available leave a voicemail at 636-272-TONE( 8663) and/or text-message the studio and/or instructor. Email is the best way to cancel with a time-stamped message to avoid being charged.

What if I need to use my cell phone?

Unless it’s an emergency, we ask that you please turn your cell phone off during class times. If you need to take a call, please step outside into the hall so your call won’t disturb others.

What if I’m going on an extended trip?

Standing appointments can only be held for a short time or you may hold a standing appointment time by paying for the lessons even when you are absent or by continuing your lessons online to insure your spot.

Where do I put my belongings?

Please remove shoes at the door and place personal items nearby. Evolve Pilates 365 is not responsible for lost or stolen items.

What if I am running late?

Please call or text the studio so that we can notify the instructor. 636-272-8663

How long is a session?

I love this quote ~Joseph Pilates “Pilates and a shower in an hour.”
Sessions are maxed at 50 minutes. This also gives time for cleaning and instructors time to schedule appointments, get payment and use the restroom!

How does payment for group classes work?

Group Apparatus classes are created starting with 3 students and run weekly. We ask if you are going to miss one that you give us a heads up within a time frame that allows another client to fill the class. Group packages sold in packs of 5 and 12. Classes for Non-Member are to be used within 90 days. Members have no expiration date. Let the studio and instructor know if you do not want to continue in group class, this prevents the instructor from losing valuable time where they could see another client.

What about drop-ins to scheduled classes?

Drop-ins are permitted for some scheduled classes, provided space is available. We ask that you schedule all group Pilates mat, Pilates Barre combo classes online or via message to pycclasses@gmail.com. There are no dropins on Equipment, you must contact the studio for availability.

How do I get a duet partner?

If you are interested in a duet, please notify the studio via email at pycclasses@gmail.com or discuss with your instructor to pass along the information. We do our best to match you up with someone at the same level.
